These two are the most bubbly, giggly, and hilarious couple I ever had the privilege of photographing! Serving as a nurse, Christy has dedicated her life to her patients and the continuation of their happiness through her care. But, today, Christy would be the one who will be taken care of as she walks down the aisle to her loving and supportive husband.
During the early morning, Christy took all her ladies to Uptown Hair Spa for a morning on beauty and treatment while, just down the street, Nick and his boys opened a couple of beers, played some video games and had a game of street hockey. After their Getting Ready, the bridal party proceeded to Mary Mother of God Parish where Nick's vows were a little unconventional, "I pledge you my infidelity and support."
The dark looming clouds that has been threatening the day finally caught up to us as it began to rain during our photo session at Gage Park. We were able to grab a few shots before heading to the Grand Olympia Hospitality & Convention Centre for the evening. Their entire wedding was so much fun that was filled with laughter, love, and joy; and I hope that Christ and Nick will always have day's just like their wedding day.
